• Job offers (employer’s announcements about free vacancies) cannot be referred only for males and females. Exceptions can be made only if particular gender is a reasonable rule for the performance of work responsibilities (e.g. lady underwear models).
  • It is forbidden to indicate any age restrictions in job offers, except when law restricts that people at certain age are not allowed to do particular job.
  • It is not allowed to demand knowledge of a certain foreign language in job offers, except when its knowledge is necessary for the performance of job responsibilities.
  • Job offer has to contain: name and last name of a physical entity, (employer). Or name of a legal entity (the company) and registration number, or registration number of the recruitment agency which is entitled by the employer to assess suitability of applicants.
  • During the job interview, employer is not allowed to ask questions about applicant’s nationality, marital status and other personal issues.
